On July 1, residents of manufactured home communities and local governments will obtain a right of first refusal to purchase manufactured home communities thanks to legislation introduced by Delegate Krizek.
The Virginia Poverty Law Center and Legal Aid Justice Center are conducting an on-line training about this new law for local government attorneys and other professionals on June 23 from 12pm - 1pm.
