The McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University will be holding a virtual state and local government career fair for their graduate students on October 31. Virginia's local governments are encouraged to show the students the type of jobs and careers that are available at that level.
This fair will be an opportunity for local government departments to connect with some of the brightest emerging talent in public policy and public administration. The McCourt School expects strong attendance from their Master of Public Policy, Master of Policy Management, and Data Science for Public Policy programs.
If you would like to share about your work, careers, hiring pathways, and internships or full-time positions, please fill in this form, and a representative will follow up with details regarding logistics and registration.
Please note that this virtual event is designed as a career exploration and employer awareness opportunity providing students exposure to a wide range of public service organizations, especially in state and local government. While most will want to highlight current openings; participation is not dependent on having active job postings.
