The Traffic Engineer is an exempt, full-time position with benefits and a preferred hiring range of $54,683 – $62,878 annually (equivalent to $26.29 – $30.23 per hour). The ideal candidate for this position will have some previous professional, related work experience and be able to perform advanced specialized technical work related to the City’s traffic control signal network.
– Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a major in civil engineering or a related field, with coursework in engineering, transportation or traffic management. A combination of education and experience equivalent to an undergraduate degree may be considered.
– Valid driver’s license required.
