Technology Support Specialist
Job Description:

You’re the ideal candidate for this position if you have a desire to provide guidance and support in the installation, operation, and maintenance of various types of information/communications technology.
As a Technology Support Specialist, you’ll:
– Install and troubleshoot workstations, printers, mobile devices, VOIP phones, AV equipment, and other similar equipment;
– Replace defective parts and repair and clean equipment and components, as needed;
– Perform general preventative maintenance, as needed;
– Install operating systems and application software;
– Install network wiring, as needed;
– Assist users in the effective use of applications by responding to user questions;
– Attend training, seminars, and conferences to maintain/enhance current subject matter knowledge;
– Participate in on-call status when response to off-hours situations is needed.
