The Town of Purcellville is seeking a full-time Systems Integrator within our Information
Technology Department. This position provides a variety of professional technical services
including systems analysis, project management, software development, system maintenance
and design, and application security maintenance. Work involves frequent contact with Town
managers, staff, private citizens and external vendors (technical and sales) and requires the
exercise of considerable judgment, initiative, and discretion based on knowledge of
departmental and Town policies and procedures, internet and technology standards, financial
application systems, and the nature of the data involved.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or financial field, minimum of
three years’ experience in MS products with advanced knowledge of SQL, Internet Information
Server, Crystal Reporting Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, and programming in ASP.net
(C Sharp or Visual Basic); proven track record of successful project management in financial
system integration and software development; excellent customer service skills and ability to
work both independently and in teams; and the ability to troubleshoot PC and web problems;
advanced level proficiency in all MS Office Suite applications.
