SCADA Systems Analyst
Loudoun Water, a public utility with a vision for the future is seeking a highly motivated, forward thinking SCADA Systems Analyst with design and problem-solving skills ready to assist in bringing a unique vision of data visualization and situational awareness to the water industry.
Our Specialists develop and implement industrial control system applications for Supervisory, Control, and Data Acquisition (SCADA), building automation, and process control. Successful candidates will possess graphics development, alarm management, data analytics, and systems integration experience. Familiarity with Autodesk products, ICS software (Wonderware, ICONICS, FactoryTalk Studio, iFix, WinCC), OPC UA, network management, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and cyber security are a plus.

Requirements: Minimum two years of college-level coursework computer control systems and networking; with three years progressive experience in industrial control systems; preferably in water distribution and sewer utility operations. Individuals with extensive utility experience associated with SCADA systems and process control programming in water distribution and sewer utility operations are highly desired. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with SCADA applications and/or PLC’s. Ability to work “on-call” status and/or overtime as needed.
