The Public Utilities Trainee positions are seasonal, part-time positions (no benefits) with a preferred hiring rate of $12.58 per hour. Prior experience is not required as paid, on-the-job training will be provided.
The Public Utilities Trainees will primarily be responsible for one of the following three projects and may indicate preferred project(s) upon application submission:
1. Performing fire hydrant maintenance and painting;
2. Customer service response in the field and meter maintenance; and
3. General grounds maintenance, including mowing.
