The Facilities Development Division of the Charlottesville Public Works Department is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Construction Project Manager to promote the completion of non-capital and capital government and school facility projects.
Preferred hiring salary is between $60,614.01 to $83,844.39 annually. Starting offer is based on applicable education, experience, and internal equity. Minimum Qualifications:
-Any combination of education and experience equivalent to degree from an accredited two-year college or university which provides the
required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
-Minimum of three years of comprehensive project management experience in full life-cycle project management that includes experience in
directing and leading project teams. (Examples of relevant experience include residential or commercial facilities construction, construction
management, architecture, engineering and/or capital project management.)
-A valid Virginia driver’s license is required by employment start date. Position may be subject to emergency call and be able to be contacted
