The Park Maintenance Laborer – Nights/Weekends position is a seasonal position (no benefits) with a preferred hiring rate of $11.63 per hour and flexible schedule, as listed in the “Minimum Qualifications” section below. The ideal candidate for this position will perform a variety of manual labor work in the care and maintenance of public parks and facilities.
The Park Maintenance Laborer – Nights/Weekends is responsible for:
– Painting;
– Pressure washing;
– General landscape installation and maintenance;
– Watering of landscape areas;
– Mulching of tress and landscape beds;
– Cleaning of restrooms;
– Collecting trash;
– Using a variety of equipment and power tools, including but not limited to blowers and power-washers;
– Assisting with installation, maintenance, and repair projects, as needed.
