In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of administrative and technical work assisting the Infrastructure Team. Through your work, you will maintain the health and performance of the server and network infrastructure, including but not limited to network hardware/software, SAN maintenance, server maintenance, WAN/LAN connectivity, remote access, and more. Additionally, you’ll play a vital role in the City’s use of technology by working with departments to assist end-users and remediate issues, staying abreast of cybersecurity-related issues, and documenting and implementing appropriate networking technologies.
