Job Description:
The City of Virginia Beach is currently recruiting for a IT Public Safety Solutions Manager. The IT Public Safety Solutions Manager will partner with all Public Safety Agencies, stakeholders, and the IT Deputy Chief of Enterprise Solutions and Services to identify, define and align business imperatives, strategic priorities, and manage the work and progress of the IT Public Safety Solutions Team. This partnership will also be responsible for developing training plans, conducting, and executing performance reviews, and measuring the success of the team.
Stakeholders include Emergency Communications & Citizen Services, Police, Fire, EMS, Sheriff, Emergency Management, Commonwealth’s Attorney and Virginia Beach Courts including General District Court, Circuit Court and Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.
