We are seeking an experienced senior-level Human Resources Manager to manage a team of 3-4 direct reports and 14 indirect reports. This position will be responsible for the personnel management of a department with approximately 1,100 full-time, 128 part-time, and 300 contractual staff members.
Among the responsibilities are providing professional guidance to departmental leadership, supervisors, and staff members on complex personnel-related matters; supervising the department’s personnel teams responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees and contract workers, learning and development, records management and compliance, and personnel transaction entries; implementing process improvement initiatives and new departmental policies and revisions. This position will also oversee the departmental payroll functions in the future.
