Albemarle County (pop. 113.5k), located in the heart of central Virginia, is seeking an engaging, progressive leader to be its next Human Resources Director. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and manages a $1.9M annual budget and a staff of 14. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience in human resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
