Job Description:
Be a part of the City of Virginia Beach Human Resources Department’s mission of facilitating the recruitment, retention, and development of a sustainable quality workforce.
Position performs a broad range of professional and complex compensation analysis in support of recruitment, retention, and competitive pay practices. Analysts coordinate all the hiring, promotional, career progression, classification, and compensation evaluation within assigned departments.
This position offers a remote/hybrid work schedule arrangement and career progression opportunity. Salary range for an Staffing & Compensation Analyst I is $49,670-$75,296 and the II level is $54,828-$83,116.
