Salary commensurate with experience, minimum base $67,433.60
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Supervise Family Service Specialists, assistants and others;
Evaluate social service programs and program budgets;
Monitors service delivery and implements organizational changes necessary to achieve goals and objectives;
Develops and/or revises operating plans and procedures in accordance with overall departmental/divisional goals and objectives;
Manages and directs the activities and functions of a multifaceted social services program.
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field or minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least two years of appropriate and related experience in a Human Services are and supervisory experience or work experience in a leadership role. Possession of a BSW or MSW degree and a Commonwealth of Virginia Social Worker license are preferred.
