The preferred hiring range for this position is between $72,072.00 – $90,688.00 Annually. Starting offer is based on applicable education, experience, and internal equity. This is a full-time, exempt, position. Minimum Qualifications:
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in park/recreation-related work, including responsible administrative/managerial experience, preferably in the recreation field.
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in recreation and park management or other pertinent related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
