The Facilities & Maintenance Manager position is a full-time exempt position with benefits and a preferred hiring range of $26.68 – $30.68 per hour (equivalent to $55,494.40 – $63,814.40 annually). An exact salary will be dependent upon the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience. The ideal candidate for this role will supervise and lead assigned employees and perform a variety of difficult professional, technical, and administrative work managing the facilities associated with the grounds, operations, and activities of the City’s Department of Public Transportation. As a leader, the individual selected for this role will seek continuous learning opportunities through self-initiated professional education, networking, and attendance at relevant and applicable courses, training, and other events.
