Eligibility Worker Supervisor
Job Description:
Provide leadership, direction, planning, monitoring and evaluation of work activities in order to manage the work of the unit.
Transmit policy and other pertinent information to ensure that the staff maintains a working level of knowledge and skill; and prepare and implement unit operating procedures to ensure an effective workflow.
Establish unit goals and objectives for the purpose of program planning and revision.
Collect, evaluate and analyze data relative to unit operations and programs, and prepare special reports as requested in order to respond to management priorities and planning needs; and identify inconsistencies among the various financial services programs for management scrutiny.
Teach skills in caseload management, organization and interviewing techniques to ensure that benefits are provided in an accurate and timely manner.
