Extensive experience with 3-phase, 4,160 VAC, and 12.3KW VAC power supply and distribution including natural gas/diesel powered generator systems; maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus include telemetry and pumping systems associated with a Public Water/Wastewater Utility system; competent with programming of VFD’s; knowledge and ability to troubleshoot PLC’s; responsible for observing and following all safety regulations.
High School diploma or equivalent, Associate Degree in related field preferred. Three (3) years’ experience in the maintenance of water/wastewater equipment and instrumentation. Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education. Possession of a valid and appropriate driver’s license. Possession of Virginia Master Electrician license. Successful candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment background, drug and work screen.
