Director of Human Resources
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for oversight of all human resources functions for the Town and serves as a role model for employees by displaying a positive and cooperative attitude while supporting the mission, values, and vision of the Town at all times. The Director is responsible for the overall leadership and management of Human Resources to include recruiting and selection, classification and compensation, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, equal employment opportunity, and risk management. This is a full-time, exempt position under the supervision of the Town Manager.
The hiring range is $78,000 to $95,000 annually. Base salary and compensation are negotiable based on experience and qualifications. The Town offers a comprehensive benefits package.
