What You’ll Be Doing
This position provides a variety of Tier I-II technical support services to users of the Town’s information technology and administrative support to the IT Division in a Cisco/Microsoft/VM virtual environment.
Minimum Qualifications
HS/GED; minimum of four (4) years of experience backing up or supporting an IT help desk operation; vocational or technical training in Computer Operations or Computer Technology Support; CompTIA A+ or the ability to obtain certification within nine (9) months of hire; possession of a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
