Job Description:
The Carilion Clinic Transfer and Communication Center has been the go-to command center for Roanoke Memorial Hospital as well as six other Carilion hospitals and multiple clinics across 20 counties in southwestern Virginia and southern West Virginia.The Communication Center/EMS Dispatch Supervisor communicates, organizes, prioritizes, leads, facilitates, and problem-solves with other members of Carilion’s leadership and patient care teams to ensure the delivery of safe, cost-effective, age appropriate, and high-quality patient care services. The Communication Center/EMS Dispatch Supervisor promotes employee engagement and service excellence. Position will be based in Roanoke, VA.
