The Capital Projects Manager is a full-time, exempt position with benefits and a preferred hiring range of $33.69 – $38.74 per hour (equivalent to $70,075 – $80,579 annually); however, an exact salary will be dependent upon the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience. The ideal candidate for this position will perform complex professional engineering duties and will be responsible for administrative and managerial functions in overseeing the development of infrastructure projects, construction management and the Construction Management Team, including projects within the Public Works and Public Utilities Department as well as the City of Harrisonburg.
