Business Process Analyst
The Business Process Analyst is responsible for performing complex professional level projects and analysis that require a high degree of specialized knowledge. Conducts research, provides data, makes recommendations, and implements solutions to achieve project goals and objectives. Analyzes and practices effective communication strategies across programs, departments, community partners, and customers; develops, summarizes, and maintains administrative, operations and fiscal records; fosters cooperative working relationships among County and School departments and acts as a liaison with various community, public and regulatory agencies. The position supports all departments, divisions, units, agencies, and organizations, including Schools that are served by the County’s financial systems.
QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance/Accounting, or Computer Science. Two years of experience with financial reporting, data analysis, project management, operations management in the areas of accounting, purchasing, payroll, tax administration, collections or real estate appraisal.
