The Town of Pulaski is currently seeking a Building Official. This individual will be responsible for performing plan reviews and building inspections and assisting engineers, architects, contractors, and homeowners regarding code and construction information. The Building Official will also serve as the Property Maintenance Official and assist with code compliance.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Engineering or other related field, four (4) years of related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, and possess a valid Virginia’s driver’s license with a good driving record.
