BH/DS Clinician III-Clinical Team Lead
Job Description:
Perform complex assessments, treatment planning and clinical interventions.
Conduct thorough face-to-face psycho-social assessment for individuals receiving mental health rehabilitation services to include Mental Health Skill building Services as part of the enrollment, initial authorization and the re-authorization process.
Provide consultation and authorization of treatment duties in a behavioral health residential sites, community, and substance abuse setting.
Provide high level clinical services to adults with mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
Facilitate house meetings to address and resolve roommate conflict through clinical mediation and goal-directed counseling between residents and treatment team providers residing in sponsored supportive residential options.
