What You’ll Be Doing
This position is primarily responsible for the oversight of all permitting review and zoning enforcement. This position also provides assistance with all zoning administration duties as requested by the Zoning Administrator. The Assistant Zoning Administrator may assume the responsibilities of the Zoning Administrator in his/her absence.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in planning or a related field; minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in zoning; minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience; minimum of one (1) year of zoning inspection and/or enforcement experience; demonstrated customer service experience; possession of a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
