Job Description:
Massanutten Property Owners Association is looking for an Administrator. Massanutten is located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Massanutten is a resort community consisting of 900 homes and 1,000-time shares spread out over 5200 acres. Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) is a homeowner’s association made up of the single-family homes and 175 independently managed timeshares known as Mountainside Villas. In addition to managing the HOA, MPOA operates recreational for-profit amenities to offset our HOA fee. We have mini golf, two go Kart tracks, a bungy dome and an ice cream shop. In addition, we have an outdoor pool for residents. MPOA has on average 15 full time employees (maintenance, office and activities director) and additional part time employees for the amenities and lifeguards. The annual budget is approximately $3,000,000. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, ability to prepare a budget and provide financial management and have experience managing an HOA or municipality.
