Record keeping and data entry, handles all department purchase orders, assist Chief with police budget, communicate with outside agencies, courts, and insurance companies, handles incoming calls and directs to appropriate person, maintains and schedules officers’ training, and other duties assigned by the Chief of Police.
Minimum Requirements: Ability to work well with others and understand directives. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of department and Town business. Must have a Virginia driver’s license. Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
