• VML Conference Opening Session (2:00 – 4:30 p.m.)

• VML Welcome Reception (5:30 p.m.)

• VML Awards Banquet (6:30 -10:00 p.m.)

Monday, October 12, 2026

• VML Conference Sessions (8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.)

• Spouse/Guest Event (afternoon) — Separate Registration Required

• Annual Business Meeting (3:00 – 5:00 p.m.)

• Host City Night Reception (6:00 – 8:00 p.m.) (Walkable Selden Market/The Slover) 

Tuesday, October 13, 2026

• VML Conference Closing Session (8:30 – 11:30 a.m.)

Both events will take place at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott (235 East Main Street, 23510).

Note - the venue is now cashless.
