The ultimate responsibility of local government isn’t just infrastructure, it’s “Ideastruc
ture” — the ongoing process of involving, connecting, and empowering the diversity of its community members toward a mutually desired future. Here’s what every municipal leader should understand about their role as a guardian of responsible and inclusive civic participation.
Accommodations - Rooms can be reserved at the group rate by calling the Charlottesville Double Tree Hilton (434-973-2121) and requesting registration for the VMCA conference rooms.
