A Note on the Registration Process:

VBCOA works with the Virginia Municipal League (VML) to provide management services for the association. These services include event registrations. VBCOA members will need to log in to their VML account to register for this event.

Premier Sponsorships

Presenting Sponsor* - $3,000 Includes all standard benefits, plus a team of four golfers*, premier signage at the outing and conference, acknowledgment during the banquet presentation and lunch, and exclusive naming rights for the event.

Golf Tournament Sponsor* - $2,000 Includes all standard benefits, plus a team of four golfers*, signage at the outing and conference, and acknowledgment during the banquet presentation and lunch.

*Note - The person who registers the sponsorship will be contacted ahead of the event for the names of those who will be participating in the foursome.

Event Sponsorships

Breakfast Sponsor* - $1,000 Includes all standard benefits, plus dedicated signage and acknowledgement at the breakfast area and acknowledgment during the banquet presentation.

Lunch Sponsor* - $1,000 Includes all standard benefits, plus dedicated signage and acknowledgement at the lunch area and acknowledgment during the banquet presentation.

Beverage Cart Sponsor* - $1,000 Includes all standard benefits, plus branded signage on the beverage cart and acknowledgment throughout the event.

Gift Bag Sponsor - $500 Includes all standard benefits, plus recognition as the sponsor of golfer gift bags distributed at check-in.

Giveaway (Raffle) Sponsor - $500 Includes all standard benefits, plus recognition as the sponsor of raffle prizes and signage at the raffle area.

Hole Sponsor - $125 Includes all standard benefits, plus signage at a designated hole.

Tee Sponsor - $125 Includes all standard benefits, plus signage at a designated tee location.

Contest Sponsorships

Longest Drive – Men* - $250 Includes all standard benefits, plus exclusive signage and recognition at the men’s longest drive contest hole.

Longest Drive – Women* - $250 Includes all standard benefits, plus exclusive signage and recognition at the women’s longest drive contest hole.

Closest to the Pin – Men* - $250 Includes all standard benefits, plus exclusive signage and recognition at the men’s closest-to-the-pin contest hole.

Tournament Rules

The tournament will begin with an 8:00 AM shotgun start and will be played rain or shine. The format will be Captain’s Choice (scramble), with a maximum score of bogey per hole.

Players must play from the designated tees as follows: Blue tees for men age 39 and younger, White tees for men ages 40–55, and Red tees for all women and men age 56 and older.

Prizes will be awarded, and in the event of a tie, the winner will be determined based on the hardest hole scorecard playoff method.
