Registration Options / Instructions:

• Full Registration ($65) - For MPEAV members (utility and associate).
• Full Registration with Complimentary Guest ($65) - For MEPAV members who will be accompanied by a spouse/guest.
• Contributor ($300) - For individuals who are not a member of MEPAV.
• Welcome Reception Sponsor ($750) - Includes 3 registrations. Please enter the information for the primary registrant in the form and then send the names, titles and email addresses of your additional attendees to Keyara Johnson, kjohnson@vml.org.
• Golf Reception Sponsor ($1,000) - Includes 4 registrations. Please enter the information for the primary registrant in the form and then send the names, titles and email addresses of your additional attendees to Keyara Johnson, kjohnson@vml.org.

Please note - Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

If you plan to participate, you must sign up for the tournament here. This event is free of charge for registered attendees.
