2025 Virginia Small Towns Conference | Longwood University, Farmville

It doesn’t matter how small – or how big – your town is, VML and Virginia Tech invite officials and staff from towns of all sizes to join us on the campus of Longwood University in Farmville on Thursday, June 5 and Friday, June 6 to learn, network, and share resources and ideas.

Location / Parking:

The event will be held at the Upchurch University Center | Soza Ballroom

Parking can be found in the designated lot on Griffin Boulevard, next to the Student Baptist Center (303 Griffin Blvd.). Traffic cones and signs at the entrance of the Lot will indicate that you are in the correct parking area for this event.

Soza Ballroom is located within Upchurch University Center. From the Cox Lot, cross Griffin Boulevard onto Madison Street. Continue until you reach the end of Madison Street (0.1 miles), and you will see the main entrance to Upchurch University Center to your left.

Through the main entrance, Soza will be straight ahead on the main level to the left.  

There will be signs directing you from the parking lot to the event.

Full Registration - $195.00 (per person)

Sponsor Registration Options:

General Conference Sponsorship (max 4) - $3,000.00

• Includes two complimentary registrations, a display table in the event space, an opportunity to introduce your organization to attendees,  branding on conference m aterials and in the room.
• Please register the primary attendee and then send the name, title, and email address of the additional attendee to Keyara Johnson, kjohnson@vml.org prior to the event.
