2019 MEPAV Annual Meeting

The warmer days lately remind us that the Municipal Electric Power Association of Virginia (MEPAV) Annual Conference is just around the corner!  We hope you will join your fellow MEPAV members at this year’s event, which will be held May 22-24, at the Hilton Garden Inn Oceanfront, Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Hotel Reservations

The Hilton Garden Inn Oceanfront has reserved a block of rooms for conference attendees for the dates of May 21-23.  The Conference room rate is $152 per night.  You can make lodging reservations by calling Hilton reservations at 1-757-305-9000, use the code is MEPAV2019 or online at the following link MEPAV 2019 Annual Meeting Hotel Reservations. The deadline for this conference rate is May 1, 2019 (or when the block sells out).  All reservations made after that date will be honored on a space-available basis and at the best available rate at the time of the reservation.

If you’re interested in staying through the weekend, the hotel has extended a courtesy discounted rate Friday May 24 – Sunday May 26, of $249.00 per night (there is a limited amount of rooms, so these are on a first come, first serve basis).
